How will the commitment continue?
Strategic Plan: With the assistance from over 100 participants including staff, students, parents and community members, the District commissioned the development of a 5-year strategic plan in the fall of 2021. The process developed a renewed mission and vision for the district and established four strategies of which aspirational action steps were created. This plan will help guide planning and decision-making via a multi-year approach. Click here to view the complete plan.
Master Facility Plan: The District has partnered with Paragon Architecture to develop a comprehensive facility development plan. This plan will systematically design the best use of current campus, district-owned land and potentially new property. Once a master plan is adopted by the Board of Education, the District can backwards-plan phases into sensible and manageable plans to span the next 15-30 years.
