The CHS west parking lot has gone many years without upkeep and maintenance. As a result, the surface has deteriorated dramatically and it poses several saftey threats including tripping, water retainage and ice hazards.

• The existing parking lot will be milled, sloped (for draining purposes) and a new surface will be poured.

• The lot will extend into the grass area to the west adding over 50 new spaces.

• The entryways from Cox Street will be widened to accommodate multiple lanes of traffic.
